called them just now. Nice lady Claudia said she will send a note to local office and suggested to wait at least 4 weeks before calling their line again.

Four weeks until she will get any respond from the local office or 4 weeks until she would be able to send another reminder?
Cause they usually say that reply from local office has to come 1-3 months after reminder, and they can't do anything until then.
Maybe it changed with this new 'rule'.

Mine said 2 weeks and the web form auto-reply states 10 business days (which matches).

Crossing the fingers for some good news for everyone waiting on this forum...

Called them just now, It's been 5 weeks since they sent the notice to the local office.. Call agent told me the are not able to send the request every 4 weeks, need to wait at least 3 months.

Claudia said that the New rule they implemented on this Monday, May 2nd. so maybe under new rule it is just a month i.e. 4 weeks.
but again, I would not trust any of those agents. Lets see what develops.

I agree. I called AND sent a web form request. I unfortunately don't trust the system at this stage.
