Did Canadapost lose my passport?

Hey guys,
A couple of days ago I got my PPR, I was stoked
I sent it over to Ottawa but I'm looking at the tracking and it only shows the original scan "Item accepted at the Post Office" and nothing after.

I called Canadapost and they don't see any movement on their end. and they're opening an investigation.

Has anyone gone through this issue with Canadapost?
I'm super stressed out right now. I need to know where my passport is.

Same thing happened to me now, since its more than 3 years it happened to you, can you suggest what did you do ? I am travelling to india this month and my passport is not in my hands.
