Did anybody able to send EOI today(July 01, 2015) for New Brunswick

I sent an email at 08:31 and 08:32 and didn't get reply.

I've sent again at exactly 8:30 which says "Its full" but
I sent it again one minute later, then didnt get any kind of response. What does that mean?

A hell crazy day I had.
Started from 12AM ADT, then 12AM EDT, then 8:30AM ADT and finally 8:31AM ADT

Didn't do such thing ever!
Just wonder why they dont send acceptance receipt email.
