Did anybody able to send EOI today(July 01, 2015) for New Brunswick

it is now 2:32 AM in new Brunswick.

I tried just 5 mins ago and quota full msg. I think we need to try at 8:31 AM NB time.

I tried it twice 12 and 12.30 and even 30 mins before but quota full mail is coming and guys someone in other thread said that today is canada day so it is national holiday.

I emailed at 12:20 AM ADT time - Got the same email - Quota full - Now will try at 8:30 AM ADT.

Guys I need a help with the NBPNP. My express entry profile is opened using my Solicitor's email ID. Is it ok if I send the EOI using my personal email ID? Also do I need to write a cover letter along with the PDF or should I just send the PDF? What should be the subject of the email?

I sent my application at 5 a.m. new Brunswick time. Did not receive any reply. Does this mean application is received or should I send it again at 8.30 a.m.
