Did anybody able to send EOI today(July 01, 2015) for New Brunswick

Hi,
I tried at 12:00AM but it says, quota is full! This is what i got

We have reached the monthly quota.  Please retry from the beginning of next month.

Nous avons atteint le quota mensuel.  Merci de réessayer au début du mois prochain.

Did anybody able to send it? Or on what NB time I should send it? Also what's the official time there?

Buddy, its not July 1 there in Canada yet. You have to wait till 8:30 am New Brunswick time.

It is July 1st in Canada, I submitted my app and got in

I sent it one minute before, and during the first minute !!! I´m in for review at least

That's weird. I sent it at exactly 12AM Atlantic Time and it says quota is full.

That's weird. I sent it at exactly 12AM Atlantic Time and it says quota is full.

It´s horrible They may be setting their e-mail server to just accept, say 50 apps and reject all others and got in by the second or less

I sent mail just now- quota full mail received. I think it will open today.

However the website still talks about June quota.

Going by the past, they open it at sharp 8:30 AM ADT.
