Detroit-Windsor Landing Experience

Both are land entry points to Canada. There is no difference as far as the experience is concerned. I've used Ambassador Bridge quiet a few times. Wait times could be anywhere from half hour to one & half hour just to get to the checkpoint. Since you are landing they will most likely direct you to secondary to complete the paperwork.

- What is the difference between the windsor detroit tunnel and the ambassador bridge?
- I plan to go on saturday afternoon, hoping the immigration is open then.

Just so everyone knows I am driving from Chicago with my wife and 3 kids and moving permanently to Canada.

The wife landed on Friday. We were there for like 10 minutes. It was just us in the office tho.
