I see, although I haven't worked illegally, I hope things will go my way too.Those students likely misrepresented themselves, not to mention worked illegally. While IRCC may have missed that on first review, it will eventually be discovered.
I'm puzzled. What's your primary concern - going to work because you're destitute, or staying in Canada?
Be aware the work permit for a destitute student is a last ditch, emergency permit. If you qualify for it, your future IRCC applications may be reviewed more stringently.
I want to stay here in Canada, but the tuitions are crippling me at the moment, which studies and then PGWP was my initial plan to PR. It's like playing chess, managing everything and crossing fingers hoping, in the end, you're going to get what you were dreaming for.
