Designated Employer want to fire me when I applying AIPP.

I worked from January 2019, signed contract from December 2019, and start AIPP application from March 2020. I get my endorsement and waiting for File Number right now. As my boss don’t give me enough working time, I start my second job from this month. But he doesn’t like it and he has another people also want to get PR from his company. So he want to fire me. What should I do?

R u still working for him or you left the job? Coz i want to change my job as dont know if i could do after applying for p.r or getting the p.r card
