My Singaporean friend (who is married to a Canadian man) was deported from Bali at the end of last year. Her deportation was due to an angry business associate who developed a grudge against her and another woman, and had them both deported.
My friend and her husband want to visit Canada as her husband's sister is getting married.. What do you think the chance is that they will let her in? She's been to Canada twice before (before the deportation).
They are doing everything they can to get her name removed from the blacklist, but everyone they've spoken to has told them it's going to take a long time / a lot of money, and it might not ever be possible..
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! She's extremely scared and doesn't know what to do.
