dependent children sponsorship

I need help i am not sure what am i going to use for my 2 kids sponsorship. i declare them on processing for my PR application but they are non-accompanying that time.And now, i would like to get them come over here in Canada. Hope someone can help me on what program i will use in applying for my kids. Thank you.

Family sponsorship. You must be living in Canada at the time you submit the application and must continue living in Canada while it is processed.

Whether they can get a TRV is impossible to say. Arriving as a visitor may make them ineligible for things like healthcare and schooling.
