I found out what happened. Basically we need to keep calling until we get someone that knows how to use their system.Your situation is confusing, and I can see why. If I was in your shoes, I would gather all the documents they requested where you have heard contradicting information about (basically everything IRCC requested so far that you talked about) and I would put them together in one PDF, with a cover letter explaining the misunderstanding that you just pointed out. Then I would send it just like how the agents recommended, with an X in the application number.
I called 3x yesterday until I got to this agent that spent a lot of time and she was really trying to understand my case. After several minutes she found the forms that it was sent on the 19th.
She mentioned that the forms were hidden in the application and that’s why nobody could see it.
She gave me the number of the file in the system and she attached a note to it, so the other agents and officer could find what they were looking for the next time.
That’s why I was receiving the same email over and over, bc they were checking my application and the forms were “missing”.
