Hello!

I am 17 years old as of now, Birth date 15/2/2002.

Both my parents have passed away, And I live with my brother, His wife, And their daughter.

All of them have been accepted as permanent residents and are immigrating in April 2020.

Question is : As i used to live with them before they immigrate and I financially depend on my brother, Can I be sponsored by him as a dependant child ? (Or by any other means of sponsorship ?)

Not really at this point. Unless they officially adopted you and added you to their application before they landed to become permanent residents. (That will delay them becoming PRs since they cannot use their current documents/visa to land any more if they want to change their application to add you as a dependent. And I think it takes time for them to legally adopt you as well. )

Otherwise, if they are willing to financially support you to apply as international student and study in Canada and get a enough education to apply for PR on your own.

There is still time but yes they will be delayed and would have to adopt you in your country and then add you to their application including death certificates for your parents. When they apply did they not look at including you?

You are turning 18 in less than 2 months so you may have run out of time. I would have your brother do more research and see if they can apply before you turn 18.

Okay , Much obliged for the help.

I've done some further research, And I read that my brother can sponsor me if he plans to adopt me in Canada (Sponsorship age is 22 in Canada, Right?)

Will this work for me ?
