Deos social assitence affect my application??

I have a question i am going to apply for citizenship .. my question i am on social assisstance and i am attending school. does social assisstance affect my application, and should i say in the application i am in school without mentioning social assisstance.

I am taking ESL CLASSES AND continuing my high school diploma.

does it matter that i am on social assisstence when i apply for citizenship?
