Please note that this NOC list is only for FSW. There are still other avenues open for visa and PR.

What do you expect the minister to do?

If your occupation is not on the list, so you have to seek other options if you want to come to canada, or you can think of immigrating to other countries who need dentists. Its not the end of the world.

Unmarried Dentists can try to find a life partner in Canada and thus get sponsored as spouse. Marrying a student or a work permit holder is another source for open work permit for spouse. There could be lot of job opportunities for Dentists in every province because Dental care is a very lucrative business in Canada. A painful wisdom tooth extraction itself costs minimum CAD 250 in normal case at a Dental Clinic.

Because immigrating to Canada is a privilege and not a right...! They can choose whoever they want, any professions they feel like it. I wish all the applicants would understand this!
