Here's the background - I am American and my husband is Canadian. I do classes online with a progressive university. My schooling is very cheap - I will probably pay about $3k for my bachelor's degree. Maybe 6K for my Master's with the same university. (My university does school in a different way and lets me test out of classes because of my job experience without extra fees. It's only available to US citizens.)
However, Canadian law is different than the USA, so I need the background on law in Canada. Plus I feel it's important to have some education for the Canadian system, because I'm sure it's very different from the USA even though we are neighbors. Buuut I don't want to pay international tuition, so I will stay with my USA school until I am a PR.
Moreover, I want to have 3 degrees so I can compete with my brother. He passed his candiacy test for PhD, so I must keep up
