You have now to prepare your documents and certificates to apply between next May and Septemper to be able to set for the 2013 exam.

First of all you should register for 2013 Equivalency Process. On-line registration will be opened next year at that site.

I have just finished my document and I will send it to CIC tomorrow.
From the data in this website

Can we trust? Because it look like dentist's documents are nearly reach 500.
And Do I have a chance in a cap (before it reached)? 8
I am quite nervous but still fight and try to send all my docs to CIC.

CIC do the completeness check the day they receive our application. if, application is complete it is counted towards the CAP..if it's incomplete, it is returned.

u have clarified this point. i was of the view that it takes some time before the application is opened if there is a queue.

my application reached there on 16 November, so it was being checked on the same day?and counted to the CAP??
and if they return the incomplete application, do they inform through mail that it is incomplete??

yes, your application's completeness check has already been done.
so, if it's complete, you are in the CAP
however, if it's Incomeplete, then it will be returned by post. it might take 1-2 months to reach your address since CIC use regular mail not courier. CIC never inform it via email unless applicants make an enquiry about their application via email.
