DENTURIST COURSE .....please guide as to what is the nature of the course and how long does it take?

application filed on july 18th 2011, NDVO .... meds n pp submittd on feb 27th 2012. no line about meds recevd in ecas. rprf encashd on dec21 as v send in advance.n waiting since 3 monthes .... my agent doesnt want to put enquiry ..
