Denied work permit with positive LMIA

So they cancelled your application via the LMIA because you were not eligible to apply. Your employer should have employed a person in Canada. Your application was rightly refused because your employer did not read the criteria. There is nothing to do because you should never have applied.

But you keep saying you also applied for HCCP which doesn’t require a LMIA. Did you do that with your ECA,IELTS and job offer.

And my employer had gone LMIA and also My LMIA thats is why we done work on process of work permit because its approved.
You can't do anything unless you have no LMIA. Right

After the approval of my LMIA we done all the request coming from the immigration
Request biometrics
Medical

You are not understanding the process. Read the link because in 2019, IRCC changed the rules and you MUST apply through HCCP (gave you the link). IRCC is telling you to apply through HCCP. A LMIA IS NOT REQUIRED for HCCP unless employer is in Quebec. You need ECA, IELTS and new job offer. It is very competitive and only opens up on January 1, and closes within a couple of days when it reaches quota.

So your employer didn’t read the LMIA requirements and has wasted years in getting a child care worker. Could have used the LMIA for someone in Canada (student, open work permit, closed work permit).

Now if employer still wants to hire you, you apply for HCCP on January 1. Make sure you are eligible and have all the correct documentation.Processing for that program is about 36 months. So your employer will not have a caregiver until around 2027. Hope fully children are very young.
