DENIED-LETTER FROM THE EMBASSY...

Dear XXX:

Please be informed that a decision has already been made regarding your application for
permanent residence in Canada under the Skilled Worker category.

A letter with your original documents were sent via courier collect at your provided mailing address today.

For your information and guidance.

I am a CLP of an applicant since 2009...
and it is only now that we received a notification coming from the embassy. i am glad i found this site. This can be very traumatic on our part. and up to this time, we are still shocked. is there any way that we can still make an appeal? we are extremely devastated. we have waited for almost a year only to find out we have no way now to go to canada.

I am the CLP, and my wife can be inadmissable for two years. can i apply as the principal applicant? what are the chances that my CLP can be included in the next application that I am going to file?

I REALLY NEED HELP HERE... please i am soliciting for your replies and advice...
is there a "small" chance that the ---> "A letter with your original documents were sent via courier collect at your provided mailing address today." in the letter would include our MEDICAL REQUEST? just wanna know though...

thank you thank you thank you so much.

NOC OF MY WIFE IS 3152
manila,phil...

years of experience...
we really can't understand why she got denied for that to think that she worked for 2 years+ in her profession as a nurse...
we are planning to apply again, this time, me as the applicant. but we are worrying that the embassy won't allow my wife to be the dependent due to previous denied application...

are there any case here, who got denied but eventually been approved...
help please

Hi reymund. sorry to hear that. if you have received your documents, there might be an explanation, and a phrase that says something like, "we have not keeped any record of your denial". If so, please apply again fast. rules have already changed, and there is already a quota to the number of applications per NOC.

if they say so?

then why are they returning our documents?
so does that really mean, we are not denied... or they are not keeping our papers as denied...
but instead inadmissible?

im sorry... im really stressed thinking how things went so wrong.

that is our plan. we will be waiting for the letter.
we are just located here in manila, so we expect to come anytime soon...

incase we are denied though, do we have very little chance for re applying again?

even i received the refusal letter stating that i didnt provide settlement of funds etc. but the thing i applied to us seattle n i had job when i applied. it transferred from seattle to ND.but the thing is i never received any original docs along with the letter? is it mandatory that they return the original ?

i also applied for reconsideration too and sent the explainatyion along with proof of funds.

As u know all dovs are sent to seattle office itself. In Jan 2010 they req me to sent updated froms n they never asked me tos end any proof of funds.I Sent them the forms n req them to trasnfer my file to ND. oN 28th may 2010 i received aor from ND.When i checked the ecas it showed in process. When i enquiered abt my application status they replied "Pending review by visa officer nothing has tobe done from ur side" Assumed that vo will intimate if they need any docs.So i was waiting for their communication. 0n 5th aug i received refusal letter without asking for adddocs.

Immdly i wrote a reconsideration letter what all happened and sent them proof of funds it reached them by 12th aug 2010.

Now how many days it will take incase they reopen my case. as i know 200% no fault from my side. i think probably they confused over my case to be direct one not transferone........

seniors help me guyzzzzzzzzzzz

Dear reymund,

They are only sending back your 'Original Documents' by a courier.

And your wife is NOT 'inadmissible' unless mentioned specifically.

If your medicals & passports are already requested & done, this can be the best news for you, (but it doesn't seem that way by your post)

Please read the communication/letter from embassy carefully for the reasons of their decision. If it is a refusal, read the reasons carefully, and reapply right away after taking care of the reasons mentioned for refusal.

It is sad, but please relax.
And yes, you don't have to hire any agency. This forum will guide you at every step to an immaculate filing of ur application
Good Luck!

thank you so much...
it is relieving me from all this devastation that is happening between me and my wife. i most probably think it was because of the documents that the embassy thought of being fake documents. regarding her COE that was indeed given by her employers. im not really sure. but if it was, we can prove it as authentic bacause my wife even provided her payslips, employment cert, ID,contract, and so on...

we didn't had our medicals yet... thanks really! :D

If medicals not done, and decision made,,,,,,then it is a refusal coming your way.

Do not worry & don't imagine the reasons.
Just relax and wait for that letter. And reapply accordingly.

Good Luck!!

The consultant will help to confuse you, please do not hire anyone. When you are preparing your food, probably you will be the one to know the amount of salt to put in the soup, the consultant might put less ingredients and too much salt in the soup.

All the members of this forum are more than consultants. just visit regularly this site and ask any question even you think it is a stupid question, they will reply to you. So long as you are not sure about what and how to do it.

I have had enough help from the people from this forum and still asking more questions. Nobody will fight you for asking many questions.

We all here are brothers and sisters. i really love this site.

Hope this helps out.

reymund,

im afraid to say so, but it is a rejection. and when they reject they return all the documents with an accompanying letter. u gotta wait for the letter and find out the reason of the refusal. u can not assume anything at this stage. unless u provided an obviously fake document or conflicting information, they do not reject cases right away. they do not just make someone inadmissible. usually, people are rejected and barred from canada for misrepresentation after they are given a chance to explain the officer's doubts.

yes, u can reapply right away, provided you are eligible and u qualify.

do not post the letter here. u should not give out any personal information to anyone u do not personally know. this is a public forum.

in my opinion, if someone is applying as a skilled worker, he or she should not need a representative. the application process is straightforward and it's all just filling up forms. skilled workers are expected to be more than just following instructions.
