Denied-appeal or reapply?

My hubby had his interview yesterday.
We got Dm today, and appeal and refusal letters. They state they have 2 concerns.
*one was they say my husband stumbled when asked for my childrens names. This is not true, he knows my children of course and speaks to them daily.
*second, i was not able to get the death certificate for my previous husband. Not due to not trying. I have repeatedly tried over and over for 4 years to get this with no sucess. There was a letter of explanation included.
I now will have to travel again to try once more to get the death certificate. I literally have to go to jamaica AGAIN to force my hand in making a police department release the necessary documents in order to get it.
Do i bother to appeal? Is it a long wait to get an appeal hearing? Or do i jist get the documents and reapply?

I actually just went over the letter as i went thru it in tears the other day and didnt fully read it.
In the refusal letter, it states that my husband was surprised to know that i got married after i met him. No doubt he was surprised. It didnt happen. I was only married to HIM after i met him. The only thing i can think of is that she got the dates wrong with my previous marriage. She actually told my husband i got married to someone else when i did NOT.

Done. I really need to read them over. Im so in shock that this officer told my husband that I got married after I met him, divorced quickly and then married him. Thats not the truth at all. And then refused him. Im in shock, im devastated and have been crying on and off since Wednesday. How can someone do that?
