Hi guys, just to clarify the belief that AVO is 'slow'. The thing is AVO like all VOs around the world are delaing with staffing challenges. At the same time, AVO deals with many classes of visa applicants not just FSW. The government has mandated the VOs to place emphasis on Express Entry as this is the model they want to justify its success. Then this is admission season for tertiary schools abroad and so, attention has shifted to those requiring school visas. Let's not forget the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East which has seen the whole world's attention shift to extending refugee status to migrants from the affected countries.
With these in mind, it is better you re-channel your energies towards to come here and not just 'waiting for PPR'. I've been down that road too and understand what you may be experiencing. Some parents have the choice to home school their kids and avoid paying new school fees which is what I did. When that PPR finally comes, you will realise you wasted valuable time in not getting your affairs in order.
In all things, give thanks. God will bless all exactly as He ordained things
