delays in getting ATIP(gcms) case notes - plzz share delays

I just requested mine, actually ended up requesting both because I thought I was choosing the one where you pay, but it turns out I chose the other one and I didn't know if it's the one with all the info I want. I don't understand. So I got both.

If you're asking about the post above, they have indicated that they've requested both options
 
Yeah I just got an email and it says: "Please be informed that because you have submitted an identical request, we will process both requests and we will provide you with the information for those requests under the file number mentioned above."

How are they identical if I had to pay 5 dollars for one and nothing for the other? It is so confusing. I hope they don't get mad at me and kick me out of the country.

We ordered on the Aug 11th and are still waiting.
I'm hopeful they will be here this week, but won't be too surprised if they're not.
 
our atip/notes were due Aug 20th, and still nothing from ATIP.....

We finally got ours. 90 days after ordering them.
The first time we ordered they came within 30 days. So who knows what happens with CIC.

We ordered on the 15th of August and they came the 16th of September via email. They are pretty useless except it confirmed that call centre agents make things up and that my fears were correct and there's been no movement on my app.
 
There is a section that has some decent notes in it, but otherwise it's just a lot of paper, really.

I was asking if it was the first time you ordered thinking that maybe if it's a first request they have more consideration than those of us that request notes more often. Perhaps we're put into a "you'll get your notes when I find time" pile.
 
my husband applied ten days before but 5 dollars did not debit yet rom his account . can anyone guide
 
Were the notes ordered online or by mail?
Were the notes requested for himself?
If he was requesting notes for you, then he needed to include the form you filled out giving him permission to obtain the notes for your case.

Online usually goes through right away.
By mail would depend on the postal system.
