then, the same consent form is required for both... not meaning to belabor this, but just trying to get a grasp on the difference between the two options - access to information act, and privacy act..., not that I can even order it, but what's the rationale behind limiting the privacy act information, (and who it relates to,) to only those whose feet are touching Canadian soil? Like if my wife was visiting me here, I could then, and only then have access to the "privacy act" collection of information?
