Delay in Visitor visa stamping

My application was approved and I chose pick up from VFS global. Passports were delivered to IRCC and is under processing since Nov 27. Usually, the passports are stamped and dispatched in less than a week. Is anyone facing similar delays?
Are passports sent to Canada for stamping, if this is true then probably the Canada post strike might be the reason?

If it's outside Canada, then it has nothing to do with Canada post, those within Canada that got delayed because of Canada Post
