Perhaps it would be a better idea to reapply next summer with evidence that you must return to Pakistan for your final year studies/exams.

also wanted to apply to USA during next summers but I'm not sure does my rejection here decrease my chances of getting the US visa approved?

Every country has its own visa assessment criteria. That said, if you travel to the US (or another visa country), it could help to get a TRV (to some extent)

Also would it help if I make my mother the principle applicant in my application instead of applying alone?
