Delay in processing TRV for parents

Hello .. please help. I am a permanent resident in Canada and my parents TRV has been submitted since February 2020 with no updates. Please how can I officially lodge a complaint fast track the processing?

What fast track processing? No such thing exists. Where do your parents live? Is the application past normal processing times? If so raise a webform. Due to Covid, TRVs may take longer to process and not sure what making an “official complaint” will accomplish. IRCC hasn’t done anything wrong. Have they done biometrics?

They are in Nigeria. Requested GCMS notes as well. Did biometrics Feb 7 2020.
