Delay in CAQ

Hello fellow members !
I've applied & get accepted by Concordia University Montreal campus for Graduate Diploma in Visual Journalism.In my official letter of acceptance they have written that classes will start from May,2 2016 than after that I've applied for my CAQ & its taking about 18 days when I called them they said it will take about 1 month for the decision to be made ..so after that I've received an email from uni saying that your classes will start from June so it will affect that I've mentioned as per official letter may 2 in my CAQ ? & I've also written May 2 in my Visa file cuz it has to same ? & does CAQ take that much time ?

Have you received CAQ yet....?
I am having same problem. I am planing to defer to fall 2016 , because of CAQ delay.
and do i need to reapply for CAQ if I defer from may to fall 2016. any idea ??

Hello no I've not received CAQ neither online nor by post ! On 16 April it'll be one month !
And about that decrement & reapplying I don't know but I e heard that CAQ is for 48 months so I dont think so its needed agai . & also from where you're applying & for which university m

By the way even if you get CAQ by 16th. will there be enough time to get visa done ???
