Delay for WES Evaluation Report Delivery in the Philippines

Hello everyone!

I had my credentials evaluated by WES as per advise of our immigration consultant. Upon monitoring my WES account, the report was already completed and sent FEBRUARY 25 2014 by regular mail. Today is MARCH 21 2014 and until now I haven't receive any mail from WES. I sent them an email and WES answered back telling me that a regular mail which cannot be tracked usually takes up to 30 days to receive. FSWP as we all know will end by APRIL 30 2014. I'm afraid I will not be able to get the mail on time.

Any Filipinos here who also had the same encounter? I hope I could get some help here.

Hi Ms. Gem, ask lang po sana ako ng help, pano po ba magpa-evaluate SA WES? need po ba muna mag evaluate sa online page nila b4 i-send sa kanila ung diploma & academic transcript(w/c will send directly by sch)? Ska po dun sa site nila TOR lng po ba need ipa-evaluate dun or paati ung diploma? sensya na po ask po ako ng help/guidance, thanks po

Hi,

You just need photocopy of your diploma and have it certified from your school. Then request a copy of your TOR from your school, usually it will be sealed in an envelope and signed. You can ask your school to mail it to WES but you cannot be sure kung kelan ni mapapadala so what i did, ako na din nagmail ng TOR thru DHL but be sure to put your school and school address as the sender. Separate mail ang ginawa ko for my diploma and TOR pero sabi nung iba dito sa forum you can send them together in one mail kasi sealed naman ung TOR.

Dont send original documents. Certified true copy is enough for WES. It took almost a month before I got the evaluation bec I chose the regular package which is shipping, not courier kaya ang tagal and it has no tracking number. If you want to get it fast, choose the courier package nakalagay naman dun how many days will it take to be delivered to you.

That's all you need for WES and of course you have to make an account para alam mo status ng credentials mo. It's a step by step instruction sa site nila.

hi, just want to ask, na recieve mo na evaluation from WES? how long have you waited?
