Declining ITA after Medical

I have Declined ITA that I received on the 59th day as I could not arrange all the requested documents.

I have already got my MEDICAL done, do I need to get it done again if I get another ITA in the consecutive draws?

I have not withdrawn my profile, and I do not see an option to re-apply for express entry, does that mean that my existing profile will be in pool for upcoming draws?

No ,not required again.
You can use the same medical for next Ita .

As medical is valid for 1 year, you may have to redo before PPR.But dont worry,Cic will inform you accordingly.

I have few more doubts to be cleared, if you could please help

I have not withdrawn my profile, and I do not see an option to re-apply for express entry, does that mean that my existing profile will be in pool for upcoming draws?

Once I log into my account I see an application that I had previously submitted for express entry for which I got the ITA, under the actions column I have two options "check full application status" and "withdraw profile".

At the bottom of my account page I see "Apply to come to canada" and when I click that it is asking me for my personal reference code which I do not have as I created my account over 60 days ago.

I had received the ITA that I declined, very next day after I created my account and submitting my application and now I don't understand if my profile is in the pool or if I need to withdraw my profile and start all over again with new profile and application as my old application that I got in april 2019 is all I can see.

with the above scenario is it best if I withdraw profile and create a new one or am I already in the pool with my existing profile? and just need to wait for a new ITA?
If I happen to withdraw the existing profile and create a new one, would my medical that I got done during my first profile be considered?

If I reject ITA and make some changes to the app and then again get into the pool, do they have a record of the changes I've made ?

Yes, as they are tied to your UCI number.
However I wouldn't be concerned as long as you are (and have been) truthful in the info provided.

I will just remove a work experience for which I cannot get a letter for. That shouldn't raise eyebrows right ?
