Declaring goods and landing as a PR - help? B4?

Hi friends,

My wife will be landing next week. She will fly to Seattle, and we will drive across together. We are grateful to finally do this.

I'm having a hard time finding information about landing. It seems the B4 form is no longer online?

Is there an updated guide for the landing process as a PR in the family class?
