Hi, Sometimes decision is made without doing medical when CIC has a medical record for visa or work permit within one year

Yes, I got decision made (and COPR) without CIC asking for Medical. CIC automatically extended my Medical Certificate which I did for wp extension and which has already expired at the time of decision.
