Hello,
Decision made status is updated once you pass your Citizenship test/Interview and the Citizenship officer has made their decision to grant or revoke your Canadian citizenship. The officers are supposed to tell you during your interview about their decision in regards to your application and once that's done they update it on the ECAS system.
And as for the Oath ceremony, you will receive a notice 2-3 months after you pass the test/interview. Rest assured your oath notice will be within the 12-month Citizenship grant processing timeline. For example: If you applied in May 2018 your Oath Ceremony will be held in May 2019 or earlier.

I gave my test and interview on Jan 25 in Scarborough office. It changed to DM soon after and no mail yet. Been 6 months now. Has anyone faced this? I am getting anxious?

I have test on March 6th 2020 and Decision Made on the same day. No oath invite yet from Scarborough office.still no further communication .

I applied Aug 1 and passed Test and DM on Jan 30th. Still no oath yet. Scarborough. So anxious..

I think we are all in the same boat. Scarborough is very slow issuing Oath invites and there are a lot of us who have either passed the one year mark or are quickly approaching it. They used to have multiple oath ceremonies daily so I’m sure they are in way over their heads and extremely behind. All we can do is wait and hope for the best.
