You have two options either apply for GCMS notes to find out urself as to what is holding up your file. Second ask you area MP to follow up on ur behalf and rheu will tell him/her what is holding ur file. MP option has quickest turn around time of two weeks where as GCMS notes option will take a month

that means i am beyond the accepted time lines where i need to reach some people to help or i am still within the accepted delay range !

Average processing time for most application is 12 months so yes you are past that so do seek help from MP
