Its been two weeks since the status changed and I have yet to receive anything in the post.
I had changed my address some time back and updated CIC with this. The new address does appear on the website as being my current and home address. Is it normal to wait this long to receive anything in the mail?
I just dont know why it be taking so long. Has anyone else had this experience?
Thanks
Rob

I got a PPR by email about 3-4 weeks after Decision Made. I was panicking a bit too, but everything progressed well after DM...just took some time!
P.S. Congrats on DM!!

I think it took us about 3 weeks or so. The COPR wasn't even mailed until several days after the DM, and it still took awhile to get to us, even though the office is about a 20-minute drive from where we live.

In my Wife's case, CIC haven't contacted her yet regarding the 'decision' and we are just shy of few days since our permanent residence application status went to 'decision made'. Sent email to the embassy around 2 weeks ago inquiring but haven't gotten any response yet.

Must say, it is little frustrating to wait for so long -- especially in this day and age of instant email communication.

We sent our passport last month, and only today on the website it mentions "Decision has been made". I hope it will not take extra 2-3 weeks.. Anyone who completed the process knows how long it takes from Decision Made to show up on website till we actually receive the passport.

I believe that our "Decision Made" showed up on March 30. The COPR has a date of April 1 printed on it. I believe that the postage meter is dated April 7, but I ripped the envelope open and cannot confirm. April 3-6 was the Easter long weekend. We were away visiting my family for Easter and didn't return until Friday and the COPR was in the mailbox when we got home.

The two or three weeks I was talking about was the time between "in process" and "decision made." I think I mixed up that with the time between the DM and receiving the COPR. Sorry about that.
