Last 1 week i have seen status on cic site,

* A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

What can now? Approve or Reject?
How much time they (Singapore visa office, and i am in Bangladesh) will take to give me letter?

Please inform me and it will be very helpful for me.

Note: I have submitted passport, landing fees, medical and necessary docs one month before shown this 'Decision Made' status.

2. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 17, 2011 Dhaka, Bangladesh, 1207
3. Your application was reviewed and we started processing on September 24, 2013.

4. Medical results have been received.

You will get passport request to submit your passports for PR visa stamping. If you had provided an email in your application, this request/letter will come via email otherwise via regular mail on your physical address.

Actually i have submitted passport, landing fees, medical and necessary docs one month before when shown this 'Decision Made' status.

You don't need to be worried then, you are going to get back your passport with pr visa stamped in next few days.
