What I want to ask you is when you sent your IELTS report?

I sent my IELTS report on 27th Feb 2010. I think my IELTS score has not been counted coz status changed on 1st March 2010.

Yes this is the reason. I would suggest you to send an immediate communication to CHC and request them to reopen the case. They have done it in past buddy hurry up. Write a good letter and send it to them via your consultant.

I have discussed with my consultant . He said we cant do anything untill we get written letter from CIC.

I am again talking to him to write a letter regarding IELTS report.

My IELTS results were not available with me.. I had 120 Day Deadline ending on 22nd Jan 2010. So I submitted all docs except IELTS Report.. I have asked for extension in deadline also..

Oh, that is bad. Did you provide any written submission instead of language test results? I am afraid visa offices are being very strict regarding the 120 day deadline.

Visa Officers are very strict with the 120 days thingi.
You should have completed your IELTS and submitted when you got the info that you need to submit your docs.

Yes, I guess that is the problem for you. I did sent an English letter to prove Language, unfortunately, officer only grant 12 points.

I think if it is really the case for you. It should not be very difficult to appeal

I am waiting for the exact reason for rejection.. What ever I am saying is just my guesswork..

Today My agent has received Refusal letter from CHC, ND.
Visa officer has made without considering my IELTS results.
I got refusal becoz I couldn't got the qualifying Points

Now I will go for review process
