Decision made without processing start date is reject ?

same situation is mine ,but still i do not received any mail or post from cic.
on my file processing has been started feb14,2012.Adecision has been made on your application.The office will contect you about this decision.but yet i do not received any mail.
i am also waiting .

May be the documents you submitted did not satisfy the officer. There are cases on this forum where it was a glitch in the system so wait until you hear from them. Hope it goes well.

guys i had the same case, i got a ( decision made )

but the difference is that they added two lines in the same time

- Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 27, 2012.

Dear Sir, Can we interpret this as, when they have started processing, some thing went wrong and so they have made a decision? But I honestly wish and pray it's positive update. Regards, Nicky.

they already request updates for my documents and i submitted them, and they started processing as they mentioned, so i don't understand actually

i may believe that if they refused my case from the beginning, but it's not normal to ask me to update my documents, and then refused !!!!!!!!

because as known, they will not start processing of they are not convinced with the case !!!!!!!!!!!

First lets look at a positive side - may be an ECAS error. Which is common for most of us.

Else sad to say its a bad news.

Could any one tell me how can i let the officer to reconsider my file again, is there a formal way to do it?

or i just need to write a coverletter regarding this issue.

I hav e received refusal letter frm chc london, saying regaring the main duties , it just look like they are simply sending rejection letter to reduce the backlog, i am thinking to go for appeal, is there anyone who had same issue, and whats the plan , coz they are doing same with everyone, it seems like we are stupid

My NOC was removed in June 2010 list. Are there any people who got acceptance recently even when their NOC was removed.

Want to know if CIC is rejecting all applications whose NOC no longer exists post June 2010 ?

My status also turned to DM from RBVO on 28th February 2010. On same day I sent an email to LND VO.
Before I got reply they sent me an email on 3rd March asking for updated Police certificates, fresh photographs and payment of PRF fees but yesterday I received answer of my enquiry which is as follows:

Please be advised that we will be writing to you in the next 8 to 10 weeks.
