"Decision Made" without MR will be Rejection or MR ?

my consultant just sent a letter of appeal..manila visa office.
they are not just satisfied with the birth cert of my mother which can prove that my uncle and mother are siblings..

I hope your consultant has sent educational certs/ passports of your mom and uncle where their parents' names are written.

Can you give me an example like what is the mismatch? I have been asking these questions in other thread .

is the mismatch like ABCD in your Mom's birth cert and UVWZ in your Uncle's birth cert?

the birth cert of my mother that i provided was not from NSO thats the only reason why it has been rejected.

you took the matter lightly and paid the price.
is it possible to collect now from NSO?

NSO-national statistics office.
i can provide it if they will ask.but in my case my application was straight rejected,so we cant do anything about it.

I'm also in the same situation as you, my application has been filed via consultant and on Dec 7 status changed from In Process --> "Decision Made". I enquired about this to my consultant he mentioned there is no communication received on this or no letters from received by him.

He sent query to ask the exact status to CIC but he has not got any confirmation on the same. He says lets wait till the holiday gets over and follow up in the first week of jan.

My application status as below.

We transferred your application to the Los Angeles office on November 2, 2011. The Los Angeles office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 7, 2011.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Let me know if you hear any thing about your status.

have a look at this. read a reply from the VO that it is an error and they are trying to rectify this.

Dear Purvi, I have already updated/pasted some replies as received by my consultant company for DM status inserted in E-CAS. So far the update received from CHC New Delhi for September 2011 & November 2011 is that it is an error.

So cheers & Hope for the best....
