the birth cert of my mother that i provided was not from NSO thats the only reason why it has been rejected.

my consultant just sent a letter of appeal..manila visa office. they are not just satisfied with the birth cert of my mother which can prove that my uncle and mother are siblings..

no they are just not satisfied with my mothers birth cert which can proof that my uncle and mother are siblings,based on the letter.

yah i provided all the documents of my uncle,birth cert,proof of billing and his PR card...im currently working here in canada.actualy my consultant already appeal in manila embassy but i dont think it will work,ive read lots of situations like mine in this forum and no one's did it after appealing.

nag appeal na ang consultant ko,but small chances na lang kung papakinggan nila kasi sa mga nabasa ko sa ibang forums once the application is rejected by the visa officer hindi na nila irereview ulit ang application,at parang computer na lang ang magrrereply na it has beed rejected blah blah...

i was awarded points in adaptability by cic thats y i got per,but when it came to manila visa offiice they did not give points in my adaptability thats y they rejected my application.i only awarded a total of only 65 points by the visa officer of manila.

oo may agency ako ...nagkulang ang points ko pagdating sa manila embassy kasi hindi nila binigyan ng points ang adaptability ko,..swerte naman ng friend mo,,,paki pm mo naman sakin ang agency nia,tsaka ung case nia y it was rejected para naman magkaroon ako ng pagasa..salamat po..

my application recved july 19 2011,PER oct 19,2nd aor nov.10....my ecas descision made nov 29 and got rejection letter this morning dated nov 30.lack of points they did not give points for adaptability even though i provided the supporting documents,the pr card of my uncle proof of billing...

hi boozer we almost have the same time line but my ecas is descision made..so alarming ayt????im so inip na to recieve my rejection letter to know wat went wrong...
