DECISION MADE without Medical - INDIA - Applied in April,2010

Again, I got "DECISION MADE" Line in my "e-cas" system. Below is the message after clicking.

You application was reviewed and we started processing on March 15,2012.

Now, I don't understand what the hell is going on. Just I have to wait for couple of week time & then if i don't receive any letter from NDVO, again i will send "Case Specific Enquiry" for this Decision Made.

Hope, I am right. Experts, please advise me about how to deal with this message.

order CAIPS, you will know what VO has thought about you.
order now. sending a Case spec inquiry wont bring anything.
it could be a system flaw. was your Ecas something like this before it reached DM?

That's it. I am stuck & thinking to order CAIPS through my relative leaving in canada on PR since 6 years.

To me it seems like a REJECTION.

wait to get the letter from them.
I think CHC ND has not yet started sending letters via Email but some other CHC's have already started to do so.

I'd order CAIPS now.

just wait and see no worries - order GCMS , i feel it can be a error coz if ur application got rejected on NOV 2011 by this time u will 100% get the letter and refund of processing fee.

since its showing thy start processing on March 15. let us hope for the best - u might get an update letter

they are on cutting cost policy these days. I doubt they'd send any snail mail now. still they can do it.
it is indeed the best time to order CAIPS/GCMS

Dear nvblue,

I have read somewhere here in the forum a post sent by a member which states that "DM" after "IP" or " START DATED IP" cannot always be taken as "REJECTION".
"DM" under such circumstances may be interpolation of "MR+RPRF+PPR" .
So,let us not jump into any conclusion.Wait for official communication from NDVO. Lately, it has been observed that inconsistency is the halmark of VOS FUNCTIONING. Let us hope nd Pray for the best !!!!

My point is, if they started reviewing my application on 15 March,2012, then how come DM has made within that day? I think, it is "e-CAS" error. Also I would like to know the steps to order CAIPS/GCMS. Which is better? CAIPS or GCMS?

Dear nvblue,
at least for you there is date of start processing, for me it does not have date. only last line added "a decision..." .i have send an e-mail to immigration on thursday and they replied the following date, telling me that they have sent a letter on March 13, the date when my stat changed to DM. Now am waiting for that letter.

i got same thing like u start processing date march 12,2012 with DM status and got rejection letter on 17 th march 2012 from chc newdelhi due to one less point age 10
