Congratulations. the surprising part is if you are from a visa exempt county, why did cic not issue you a COPR.
do u have to send your passport too? pls share.

We require A PHOTOCOPY of passport and 2 passport size pictures for you AND for each accompanying family member.

DO NOT SEND YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT. You are a citizen of a visa exempt country.

Submit all documents by MAIL in a single package. Quote your application number on your correspondence and send the package to one of the following addresses:

If you have a mailing address in Canada: To allow you to track your Confirmation of Permanent Residence through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase two (2) PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm), at any Canada Post retail outlet.

Already ran from my office to the nearest post office to buy the 2 Xpresspost envelopes. Unfortunately I don't have my passport here with me right now but will send it as soon as I get home today!

My application has been changed to decision made since May 16,2014 unfortunately until now no instruction to cic. I emailed them yesterday and asked what should i do next. I am getting so worried. Pls advice. Thanks

As you can see, it's not that unusual. If CIC replies, they're just going to tell you that your application will be finalized when they finalize it.
