ok.. thanks.. Am still awaiting response, still decision made, nothing from cic yet.. Am so worried.. God help me... :(

Mine has been showing decision made since April 15 and I have not received anything. Don't worry. They will eventually send you the papers

I did include all of the info otherwise they won't reply (at least that's what they say on the CIC website). Maybe a fax would have worked better but it's too late now: contacting them through different channels can confuse them (once again that's what they say on the website). What I find odd and somewhat disturbing is that I am not receiving my notes that I ordered on May 16. I did not receive a notice of extension either which they are supposed to send you within 30 calendar days if it is needed.

I ordered my most recent notes on June 3rd. Was starting to wonder what happened. The previous notes arrived on the same day and took 33 calendar days.

You ordered your last notes so long ago. If the notes do not come, how long will you wait before you submit another request for notes?

Do you think they at least try and time the reception of the papers to precede Medical expiration?
Has anyone had to go get Medicals renewed while in DM, waiting for CoPR?

Yes, biodata and copy of my passport and 2 photos. Already sent all of that with my application but will send it again as soon as I get home from work today.

Copy of the ENTIRE passport (including visa pages) or just the info page? I don't recall sending a copy of the entire passport when we originally applied. Just the main info page (passport number photo, name, issue/expiration dates, etc).

Well it will be 3 months on Monday since I got decision made. I have not received anything and I am flying back to Europe on Sunday until the end of August. There is no words to describe how incredibly frustrated I am.
I do have a question: what do they ask for when they email you about COPR? Photocopy of passport (which pages?), pics and that's it? I will do all of this today before leaving and give it to my common-law who will send it for me if, by some fortunate turn of events, they give me my COPR before he joins me in Europe.

As far as I know it's copy of the pages that contain main info, not all the stamps and such, pictures and some super simple form. I suggest you don't seal the envelope, so that they can include the bio data. And yes, I hear you on the frustration part.

Just the main stuff, most likely.

Thanks vis1, I'll do that.

Was just seeing the forum and found out that whoever got DM between May 10 and May 20 hasn't got any email from CIC yet. Those who got DM later got their PPR or COPR.

I guess there is some glitch in CIC system, they must be aware of it by now.

Even if that's a real thing, if they automatically send the "Your application is being processed within normal times" response to everything, would they even notice?

You know what? I know more than one applicant has got PPR email twice. I even cannot believe what's going on there.
