Decision made timelines

So my ECAS went from meds received on Monday to Decision Made on Wednesday (dec 25)
I am from a visa exempt country so am wondering typically how long it takes for COPR to come through? I've seen mixed timelines during the strike but hopefully it's a bit quicker now

In a similar situation from visa waiver country. My timeline as follows
11 Dec - medical received and entered
13 Dec - COPR issued (date on the COPR papers)
17 Dec - COPR received at lawyers (CIC stuffed up the address)
27 Dec - COPR received
30 Dec - landing booked at local CIC office
