Decision made on the dashboard but not history... Kind of worry

I saw a "Decision made" on the dashboard (Where there is application name and Permanent Residence Application Status) today,
but after I clicked "Decision made" link to the history, I only see this:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on *** **, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on *** **, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on *** **, 2016.
4. Medical results have been received.
5. We sent you correspondence on November 17, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

Unlike everyone else, I didn't see when the decision is made on the history page...

I sent them the information they requested on December 13, 2016... Should I see the "update" from their history page saying they receive my correspondence document?

I didn't have anything update on that page between Decision Made and receiving my COPR at all. It only changed after I landed, and then it showed where I landed and when.

MyCIC updated when they sent the PPR email.

Then updated again when they issued the COPR and counterfoil

It seems it varies by VO

It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for the mail (or email) to arrive...
I'll update it once it's here.

It is enlightening to read this chain. Even in my case, the status has recently changed to Decision Made but there is no change in the history. Wondering what is the decision they have made...positive or negative?

To be honest, I still don't know...
I was worried and especially it took 6 weeks to have the mail arrived.

You're lucky you're getting updates. I have no idea how far along my application is, because they haven't updated it other than the first 2 steps. I emailed cic to make sure they got my medical and they said yes yet somehow it doesn't say that online.

DM is always positive or else they will directly send you rejection letter (after asking additional documents or else interview)
