Decision made on my spousal sponsorship PR on Ecas before getting passport request and I have not any correspondance is this good or bad news and how long is the wait to get passport request?

Decision made on my spousal sponsorship PR on Ecas before getting passport request and I have not any correspondance is this good or bad news and how long is the wait to get passport request?

I am in the same boat as this. Both Sponsor and PA have Decision Made on ECAS as of this morning, with no correspondence. What have you heard since your situation?
