Dear nilla,

Please do not worry.This is a system error,for sure.It has been officially acknowleged by NDVO as mantioned by jnathan.Even if u have not recvd any communication from ur VO,it does not matter. Could u please ur time line ? it helps us to know the exact position.

My nok 0632. I am May 2010 applicant. My VO Ankara. I wrote earlier. From 2 December my status is "in process". And then my status changed to D.M. D.M. from 8 December.

Another positive aspect that i could fetch out from my E-CAS is that the "decision made line" is added after the AoR of CIO-NS & no date is mentioned for NDVO AoR. So this decision made reflects the opinion of CIO-NS which is in a way a PER since they have asked for further documents to be submitted to NDVO.

even i had decision made status online (since 19 jan 2012), but i had one more line in that. in my case it went to DM from RBVO, the status never went in process. friends pls share ur ideas.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 16, 2012.

See if he gets the rejection letter in a month or so.

Why dont you two send an inquiry like rahul?

i already did send NDVO email abt this, waiting for their reply.
i got this status on 19 jan 2012 and the same day i sent them email.
lets see wat happens next.

I wrote earlier about my consultant sent a request to the Embassy. On the first request they said " Please wait. It takes time to the mail to reach Canada. If you have not received anything by January 15, let us know." It took more then a month and we have not receiving anything from the embassy. Our consultant has sent a second request. And here the answer " Can you please confirm you mailing address and we will resend copy of the letter." And our consultant asked "The client and members of his family live in the state uncertainly already for more then a month and they are very worried. Please send the copy of the letter with the decision to my email address." And now we got answer " We will resent it by mail. We do not have an electronic copy of the letter and as such, we will not send a copy by email." Now wait again...
