I am in exactly the same boat.
My status changed to 'decision made' on 29 July and I have heard nothing since.
I was really beginning to worry that something was wrong.

My Timeline:

Application Received: July 2013
Med Request - September 2013
Additional info request: February 2014
RPRF - June 2014
Decision made - July 29th 2014

When it gets to this stage, is it normally a positive sign that we have been accepted?

Hope we all hear something soon.

I think the agent working on PPR cases after the 20th of July is on vacation or something, and in Canada they usually get 3 weeks vacation after 5 years of service, so we just have to hope he didn't take 6 months

@ Mandie. Thanks for sharing your email. I cannt understand y they are not sending out PPR requests. It looks like their is no ppr request for this whole month of August.

I've heard that if your from a visa exempt country, they may bypass the PPR and send your COPR in the mail.
Has anyone heard anything similar?

The wait goes on :'(

The reality shows that statistics doesn't work when it comes to CIC

It can happen now or in another two months.

I got IP on 26 Mar, 2014
I got DM on 19 June, 2014 ( i was happy and expect PP cal within 2 to 3 weeks but... )

----- Status change again from DM to IP on July 25 and they request more document related to Job, even I am in PNP Master Category (from Onatrio)....
I already sent all documents still waiting .... Online Status still "In Process "
