I don't think that's true, because you have only one instance: 3 July and 24 July. Thee is no way to predict the pattern, but, I think CiC does send pprs in batches on Thursdays. Even the reminder email was on Thursday, May 15th.

I agree, best thing is not to expect the request today. Then if you don't get it, then this is what you expected. And if you get it, it will make you soooo happy, because you didn't expect it At least I am trying this approach on waiting

wait game for another week . They are pretty good at teasing people and not following standard process . My medical is expiring in September not sure how much i have to wait if there is no ppr in month of August.
