Also, sorry folks if I am going on this again. Cause I wanted to know the exact logisitics here. Binson, you said you used Bluedart. How did the VO return the pps ? Did you enclose a prepaid envelope, or the VO just used their money to return the passports via courier or post.

i send the pps thru bluedart .and for vfs we have vfs office in cochin u can get the address online...

nothing , i didnt put any cover /envelope inside .they send it back by speedpost..

AT LAST, after a precariously long, exhausting and testing wait -today I RECEIVED THE PASSPORTS WITH THE MAPLE LEAF attached along with 2 copies of COPRs each, one for the CIC and one for self, in the afternoon by regd. post. A two page instructions leaflet was also attached.


A quick glance of all the COPRs suggest everything is mentioned correctly, will have to check once again leisurely.

Apart from the PP's what all did you enclose ?
I am thinking
1. The printout of the email I received from ND VO that I need to submit our passports ( Which contains the Imm File number )
2. The printout of the email regarding MR that I got in Jun 2013
3. A printout of my Indian Mailing address.

Anything else ?
Also how long do you think it will take to stamp. ( I got my CAIPS notes last week, and everything was clear and all our MRs and security has been cleared ). I would optimistically think the PP request is only to stamp the VISA. If so do you think it will take more than a month ?

Sent the application in October end
got email acknowledgment in Feb
I was asked to send my medicals PCC and passport in the 1st week of March
I sent everything by 28th March and it was updated in the site by 1st April.
Status changed to Decision Made on 4th April
Passport back on 14th April

Nice, no one wants to advice or help me out here ! :-(
I know most have been through attorneys or immigration agencies. I have done all of this, from inception , 4 years ago till now, on my own and at this last stage I wanted some advice.
