Decision Made what next, how many days it will take for the Passports to reach us.
Is CIIP program Mandatory? Please advise.

Congratulations. If passports were sent through vfs then 2 days, else a week. CIIP is optional.

It might take 4 to 14 days for PP.

CIIP is not mandatory at all.

Recommend to attend the CIIP session !! a must for every Immigrant !!

Those who are waiting for PPR , suggest them to send their passports to NDVO anyways without wasting any time.

My consultant advised me to send the PP along with the Medicals Submission.

For my case...decision made by Feb 14-15...but no ppr yet...it's more than 40 days now...anybody have the same situation?
My decision was made in March 15, 15 days later I have not heard anything yet and I am from visa exempt country. I do not know why it takes that long. Can anybody share time frame, how long it takes to get Copr after DM. Tx.

As I know decesion made appear only after you got the passport request... :O
How come did u get the decesion made before PPR???

My ECAS :
We received your application for permanent residence on September 19, 2013.
We started processing your application on February 22, 2014.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. /// This line appear one week ago.

And I payed my RPRF on 25 of February.

Whats next ? :'(

Hi All,
I am the Principal Applicant, and My Husband is the Co- applicant, I am blessed with a new baby in India,
Now we are planning to travel all 3 of us together and then me and my baby are planning to come back to India in 30 days, and my Husband will continue to stay there and find a good job and once he settle down, I will resign for my Job in India and then planning to join him.

so now my question is Can my husband ( Co-applicant) can work in Canada with out principal applicant? I want to join him once he settles down with Job, because I have a small baby ( 6months old) and to manage some financial commitments in India I want to continue working.

Please advise, and guide me the best path.

Hello Swaru,

You are Principal applicant and your husband is co-applicant only during the process here in India and till you land and once you all land you are all Permanent Residents and you all have same rights. I think this clears all you doubts.
